1.     How much does shipping cost?

We ship all orders USPS first class based on weight and shipping distance unless another option is chosen by the customer at checkout. All orders over $39.99 will ship free via USPS in the United States. All orders have the option for faster shipping. For more information about shipping click here. Free shipping will be applied after the order subtotal is more than $39.99 after discount but before adding the shipping cost.

2.     When will my order ship?

Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! All orders are subject to verification and approval and may take up to 24 business hours to process before shipping. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM EST, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day. 3.     What  is the shelf life of Snowbits products?

All items have a shelf life of 30-35 days at room temperature, 60 days in the fridge and up to 90 days in the freezer. Please thaw the treats before consuming for best texture and flavor.

4.     What's your return/exchange policy on sale items?

All items may be returned for a full refund exclusive of shipping within 30 days of purchase. Read our full Return Policy here.

5.     Can I change an order after I've placed it?

We may be able to cancel or edit the address on your order within a short window. If this is something you’d like to do, email info@snowbitssweet.com as soon as possible!

We are unable to add items or adjust quantities on orders that have already been shipped.

6.     Promotions & Coupons?

To use a promo code, add all desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to the Checkout page. Enter the code in the provided “Gift card or discount code” box in your cart and click “Apply”! Only one promo code can be applied per order. Returning customers, be sure to join our rewards program to accumulate points and earn more discounts!
